- If the clothing is in excellent condition, we will pay you 40% of what you paid for it
- If the clothing is in good condition, we will pay you 30% of what you paid for it
- If the clothing is in fair condition, we will pay you 20% of what you paid for it.
- In order to receive buy back, a receipt of the original purchase must be presented
- We cannot supply buy backs for clothing that is not suitable for re-sale.
- A receipt of purchase must be presented.
- Upfront Buy Back doesn't apply to Pre-Loved Shop, only to clothing that was originally new to retail from our New Kids-wear Collection.
