Fill out our Item Assessment Form with a description and/or photo(s) of each item. Please check it against our Acceptable Brands & Items list. We will let you know which pieces we'd love to sell, before you send anything to us.

Step 2 — Send Your Items
Once approved, pack your items and post them to us using a tracked shipping service (all Australia Post parcels are tracked by default). Postage is at your own cost — hang onto your tracking number until we confirm receipt.

Once we receive and list your items, your account is credited. Use credit in-store, or request a payout.

How To Redeem Your Credit
How You Know You Have Credit
Once you have signed up as a consignor, simply sign into our website with the same email upon registration and you can track your live credit, what has sold and both in store credit and payout options. You can even simply use your credit right from our website or request a payout.
Redeeming Credit For In Store Purchases
If you have a credit, it will show on the lower right when you are signed in. You can simply apply your exisiting credit towards any purchase with Dream Nu. If you have reached Dream Big or Dream Extreme Tier, your extra discount will be applied upon checkout.
Requesting Paypal Payout Of Earned Credit
While In-Store Credit offers you the highest value at 40%, we understand that sometimes you prefer the cash.
Cash payouts are calculated at 30% of the sale price.
If you have a balance and would like to be paid out via PayPal or direct bank transfer, please follow these steps:
Fill out the Payout Request when Logged In. When logged in to our website you will be able to click on your credit and request payout from there. Alternatively you can email us at hello@dreamnu.com.au or fill out the form below.
Confirm your details: Once submitted, keep an eye on your inbox. We will send an email confirming this has been paid if you have filled out the needed banking details for us to process payment.
Please Note our Payout Policy:
Monthly Maximum: Our maximum cash payout is A$150 per month, per customer.
Larger Balances: If your requested payout exceeds A$150, the amount will be split. You will receive A$150 this month, and the remainder will be paid the following month.
No Shop Limits: Please remember that there is no limit on using your credit for purchases in our shop! This remains the fastest and most value-efficient way to use your Dream Nu earnings.

Shipping & Returns
Sustainable Shipping
- At Dream Nu, we believe in sustainable shipping methods that are eco-friendly. We use recycled packaging materials and aim to minimise our carbon footprint.
- Our shipping costs for purchased items are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and we offer free shipping on domestic orders over $125. We currently only ship domestically, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days for orders.
- Consignors are responsible and accountable for shipping items to us. We do not guarantee cover for lost or damaged posted items.
- Please note that we don't cover the shipping cost for items that are not accepted or sold during the allotted time to be sent back to you, or items that are not accepted.
- Dream Nu Pty Lmd does not accept all items for consignment. If you are sending an item that you are not sure about, please refer to our acceptable brands and items. If you do not see your brand, please email us at admin@dreamnu.com.au to see if it is an acceptable brand. If you would still prefer to have unaccepted clothing sent back to you, please send us an email with your request knowing that the post will be charged to your account. Unaccepted clothing and items, in addition to items not sold online during the allotted time will be sold at a reduced amount of $2 each and 100% of proceeds made from these items are donated to Priceless House Foundation.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase or be dissatisfied with a product. At Dream Nu, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@dreamnu.com.au. Please note that all items must be in new, unused condition with tags attached. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. At Dream Nu, we pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise and ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange. Please note that 75% off items in addition to $2 charity donated items are final sale.
