At Dream Nu, we believe in sustainable shipping methods that are eco-friendly. We use recycled packaging materials and aim to minimise our carbon footprint.

Our shipping costs for purchased items are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and we offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100. We currently only ship domestically, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days for orders.

We cover the shipping costs for you to send us items. A Bag Request form must first be filled out so we can send the correct pre-paid bag to you.

Please note that we don't cover the shipping cost for items that are not accepted or sold during the allotted time to be sent back to you.

Dream Nu Pty Lmd does not accept all items for consignment. If you are sending an item that you are not sure about, please refer to our acceptable brands and items. If you do not see your brand, please email us at admin@dreamnu.com.au to see if it is an acceptable brand. If you would still prefer to have unaccepted clothing sent back to you, please select "Yes" under "I would like to pay return postage to have non-accepted items returned to me" on the Request a Bag form and we will send a payable invoice for the shipping prior to returning the clothing. Unaccepted clothing and items in addition to items not sold online during the allotted time will be sent to one of our chosen charities below.
Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase or be dissatisfied with a product. At Dream Nu, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@dreamnu.com.au. Please note that all items must be in new, unused condition with tags attached. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. At Dream Nu, we pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise and ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange.
