Dream Nu Australia does not guarantee that the information contained on this website is current, complete, or without errors. You rely on the material on this website at your own risk. Although we try our best to display items and colours as accurately as possible, Dream Nu cannot guarantee that your screened device will accurately display the colours of the products, and in some cases it is hard for the true quality and colour of the items to come across differently due to inbuilt photo enhancement that can't be turned off) This usually is in the buyers favour as it makes items seem more worn, however the colour can also come across darker or different.
Please note that we also have a physical presence shop at Vend. In the unlikely chance that the item has sold at Vend and not have been taken off online, any purchase that was made online will be refunded. We continue to keep items online that are on Vend to give better exposure to our consigners.

For those consigning with us, there is a minimum of 5 quality items required to receive free bag request shipping.
We are proud to offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Consignment T&C and Inquiries
Dream Nu is always seeking high-quality children's clothing for our inventory. If you have gently-used children's clothing that you would like to consign with us, please contact us to learn more about our consignment process.

Dream Nu Pty Lmd does not accept all items for consignment. If you are sending an item that you are not sure about, please refer to our Acceptable Brands and Items. If you do not see your brand, please email us at admin@dreamnu.com.au to see if it is an acceptable brand. If you would still prefer to have unaccepted clothing sent back to you, please contact us and know that the customer is responsible for the return postage. Unaccepted clothing and items in addition to items not sold online during the allotted time will be sent to one of our chosen charities.
